3,000 meters!

While jogging, I can listen to my mind and concentrate on the objective that I would like to achieve.

Above all, it's a great method to turn the sorrow into strength.

Recalling going around on the playground, I was so energetic, earnest, and enthusiastic. Then, I would march forward courageously.

3,000-meter way is only a beginning, a midpoint, not the end.

Being back to 4,000 or more will be essential to make me step forward, just like before.

It's not just a goal, but a objective.



One needs to cheer up for oneself.

Turning the sadness into the ability and potential and oneday I will be the original one that you always know.



PS.However, it seems that I run too fast or because of my empty stomach...there is some kind of sick...=.= @@
